Joyce Anne N. Alimon is a seasoned Certified
Public Accountant and MBA graduate who has
carved a distinguished career in the realms of
finance, audit, corporate planning, account
management, and corporate administration. With
more than 15 years in managerial roles, she has
demonstrated her capability to oversee the
implementation and compliance of various
budgetary, accounting, treasury, and procurement
policies established by significant bodies like the
Department of Budget and Management (DBM),
Commission on Audit (COA), Department of
Finance (DOF), Civil Service Commission (CSC),
and Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). Her
extensive training, encompassing over 200 hours
of managerial and technical sessions, underscores
her commitment to professional development.

Currently, Joyce serves as the Assistant General Manager of the Finance and Subsidiaries Group at the
National Development Company, a position she has held since August 23, 2023. Prior to this role, she
was the Department Manager III of the Finance and Administrative Department from November 7,
2016, to August 22, 2023. Her leadership extends to other prominent positions, such as the Director
and Treasurer of the Manila Exposition Complex, Inc. since April 29, 2024, and the Treasurer roles in
Kamayan Realty Company, Pinagkaisa Realty Corporation, GY Real Estate, Inc., and First Cavite
Industrial Estate, Inc., all affiliated with the National Development Company.

Joyce’s teaching experience includes serving as an Assistant Professional Lecturer in Financial
Management at De La Salle University’s Ramon V. Del Rosario College of Business Graduate School
in late 2016. Her background in corporate management is further solidified by her tenure at Philippine
Pharma Procurement, Inc., where she was the OIC-Vice President of Finance and ISO Lead Auditor,
and at the Philippine International Trading Corporation, where she served in various capacities,
including OIC of the Internal Audit Department and Corporate Planning Officer.

Her academic achievements include a Master of Business Administration from De La Salle University,
where she made the Dean’s list in 1996-1997, and a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, majoring in
Accounting, from the University of Santo Tomas. Joyce also holds several prestigious qualifications,
such as being a Career Executive Service (CES) Eligible and passing the CPA Board Examination with
an impressive score of 83.43% in October 1988.
