NDC held its Annual Planning Session and Team Building in Baguio City

From July 16 to 19, 2024, the National Development Company (NDC) held its annual planning session in Baguio City. Over four days, various work groups presented their breakthrough goals for 2024/2025 and outlined catch-up plans for this year. The session concluded with a team-building event designed to help employees connect, understand each other’s roles, and showcase their skills and creativity through various tasks. This annual planning and team-building activity ensures that NDC stay focused on its projects and targets – building a brighter future, driven by innovation, and a shared vision for economic progress under the vision of a Bagong Pilipinas.
